Many of my clients are children, teens, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, anger, or difficult transitions such as divorce and separation. They want to feel safe, understood, and empowered, and they often come to therapy looking for tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and rebuild confidence.
I specialize in working with children, teens, women, mothers, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I integrate CBT, DBT, and play therapy to help clients build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and find their voice. My style is direct and no-nonsense, while still creating the freedom for self-expression.
I know starting therapy can feel intimidating—it takes courage just to consider it. You don’t have to come in with all the answers or share everything at once. My role is to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you take steps toward growth.
