I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships, and I’m here to help create that space with you. You know your story better than anyone. My job isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to walk beside you, support you, and team up with you as you work toward your goals. I’m also not afraid to bring a little humor into the room when it’s needed, because therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
I work with clients ages 16+ facing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment issues, and life transitions. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, collaborating to build coping skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful change. I am passionate about helping people turn struggle into strength and pain into growth.
