I have over four years of experience in the mental health field, working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a variety of settings. While I specialize in working with children under 13, I also enjoy supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s challenges. My areas of focus include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, marital and relationship issues, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and healing.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending yoga classes, watching reality TV, and indulging in sweet treats. Clients often describe me as caring, understanding, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.
