People navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, or experiences they’ve never quite had words for. They’re often high-functioning and completely worn out by it. They don’t need someone to hand them a worksheet. They need someone to actually sit with them.
My approach is relational and deep. I work from an attachment and parts-based lens, with EMDR for trauma when it’s needed. The through-line is always less fixing, more feeling. I’m here to help you understand yourself — why you do what you do, where it started, and what might shift when you stop working so hard against yourself.
