My goal is to help you slow things down, seek to understand you and help you understand what’s underneath those experiences, and not just provide insight but work towards real meaningful change.
I work mainly with Obsessive-compulsive patterns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, relationship challenges, and questions around identity, purpose, & spirituality .
Collaborative and relationship-focused, I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and saying things like, “Hey Isabelle can we try something else?”
I use ACT, CBT, and attachment-based work to help you understand thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and build more flexible, meaningful ways of responding to life.
I value creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in the process. Therapy for me is a collaborative experience where we work together, and I aim to bring openness, honesty, and care into each session while also encouraging the same from clients.
I provide therapy for adolescents (ages 12+) and adult men and women.
