Hi there! Welcome to my page. I’m happy you’re here. My name is Dr. Isabella Vidriales, a Doctor of Counseling Psychology. I am also a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have an enormous passion for working with young adults who are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. We can work to lessen your symptoms and get you on track to a better life that you envision for yourself. I am interested in working with adults who are determined to regain control of their life and resolve conflicts within themselves.
As a therapist, I want to support you in your journey of self-empowerment and improving your quality of life. I utilize an eclectic therapy style incorporating trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches tailored to match the needs of my adult clients.
Together, we will explore how our trauma can be passed on generationally through our upbringing and familial relationships. In identifying these intergenerational patterns of trauma, we can learn how to shift the narrative and break the cycle.
