I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with executive functioning, emotional regulation and behavioral challenges. I have certifications as an ADHD- Clinically Certified Service Provider and Triple P Positive Parenting Educator.
My approach utilizes a supportive, non-judgmental, strength based approach that is tailor to meet the needs of each individual and/or family. I commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy techniques in sessions.
