Hi! I'm Isabella. I'm passionate about providing culturally sensitive care to individuals of all backgrounds and work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I incorporate traditional talk therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and creative techniques to support clients in reflecting on the past, engaging in the present, and planning for the future.
I hope to help my clients learn tools they can use on a daily basis for emotional regulation, making and maintaining positive connections, expressing their needs, setting boundaries, and developing an overall confidence in themselves. I’m looking forward to helping you reach your personal goals!
