When we first meet I will ask you questions about your concerns, your worries; together we will think about what’s getting neglected, prioritized, what you value, what you wish for yourself.
This kind of insight oriented therapy is meant to help you get to know yourself better, to go deeper, to feel and question more, so you can have more choices, and even be surprised by how much of you is to be known, in a way that will improve the quality of your life. I work with you in maintaining a safe and confidential space where you are seen.
