I'm Isabella. I'm glad you're here! So many of my clients are expected to succeed—whether in their careers or in their relationships. They’re the ones who keep it together, who people rely on, who don’t often get to fall apart. But behind that composure, life can start to feel disconnected and out of control. I work with adults navigating depression, burnout, identity shifts, and relationship stress—often those in high-pressure environments or connected to professional sports. Together, we slow down, make space for what feels important, and begin to rewrite the story you tell yourself about who you are and what you need.

I'm a therapist-in-training dedicated to curiosity, care, and clinical insight. Using relational, humanistic, and narrative approaches alongside CBT, I help clients navigate change, strengthen emotional insight, and rediscover clarity & confidence in both their personal and professional lives (under the wonderful supervision of Alicia Racine Fink, LPCC6759).

My passion in therapy is highlighting your control over your own story, even when progress feels slow or messy. Together, we explore what it means to feel at home in your own life... not just successful on paper, but genuinely confident, connected, and at peace within yourself and your relationships.
