I’m Isabella Rowlands, I hold an LISW in the state of Ohio. I practice from a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults. I have experience working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and DMDD. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those with a trauma history, experienced abuse or violence, or simply difficult life transitions, and more. When setting goals with clients, I make sure they are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based.
When working with clients, I utilize an integrated approach pulling from multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative therapies. In practice, these are grounded in trauma-informed care from a humanistic and strengths-based approach.
I strive to create a safe and comfortable space with my clients. I meet my clients where they are in their healing journey. My goal is to help my clients live their best lives.
