I specialize in working with couples navigating affairs and betrayal, attachment injuries, and painful relational wounds. My approach is relational, experiential, and trauma-informed, helping couples rebuild trust, deepen emotional understanding, and create safer, more connected ways of reaching for one another. I also offer Couples Intensives.

My goal is to help you slow the moment down enough to truly hear and understand one another again. Together, we work to reduce reactivity, deepen emotional safety, and create the conditions where connection, repair, and trust can begin to return.
