I specialize in trauma recovery using EMDR, Lifespan Integration, parts work (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining trauma therapy with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and yoga therapy. I also support couples and families using the Gottman method to strengthen connection, trust, and emotional safety.

I use somatic therapy, specifically Somatic Experiencing, in sessions as well as EMDR and Lifespan Integration for trauma processing.
