As a relational and psychodynamic therapist, I work with you to find insight about how past experiences are shaping your present relationships, self-images and behaviors. Together, we will explore the internal landscape of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations. With this knowledge, and the support of the strong therapeutic relationship we will build, change becomes possible.
