Whether you’re struggling to connect and communicate with your partner or with yourself, therapy can help you understand what’s getting in the way and create real change. I help couples rebuild trust, communicate more effectively, navigate big life changes such as parenthood, and find their way back to closeness. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, or unhealthy relationship patterns. Many of my clients have been carrying these challenges for a long time and are ready to invest in meaningful change, deeper understanding, and relationships or daily life that feels more connected and fulfilling.
I bring a calm, intentional, and curious presence to therapy. I draw from evidence-based approaches like EFT, CBT, the Gottman Method, and IFS and always tailor sessions and approaches to what you need. I believe therapy should be practical—offering space for reflection but also tools for change.
