I work with folks facing relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, stress, and the burden of trauma. We will create a confident sense of liberation and practice tools of compassionate self-actualization. We will explore your values and create a grounded sense of empowerment using trauma-informed techniques to support you on your path. By unburdening your mind, developing a healthy relationship to your body, and addressing symptoms with mindful intention we will reinforce your inner resources and sense of well-being.

I use a diverse set of tools for trauma-informed care. We will learn grounding practices, mindfulness tools, and practical techniques to keep you connected to yourself and create a secure sense of well-being. Together, we will make meaning of complex life experiences and find purpose through values-based explorations.
