I provide culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling to adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, chronic pain, relationships, shame/guilt, sexuality, neglect or abandonment and major life transitions. I also have an interest in working with individuals and families impacted by the foster care system, including those managing complex relational and emotional dynamics. I help clients understand the patterns that shape their emotional responses, relationships, and sense of self. My clients experience overthinking, overwhelm, self-criticism, shutdown, avoidance, people pleasing or difficulty functioning.
I tailor therapy to your goals, experiences, limitations, lifestyle and strengths. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I also take a holistic view of mental health. Emotional well-being doesn't exist separately from the rest of your life.
