I am a Master’s level Marriage & Family Therapy Intern who is passionate about teaching people how to recognize dysfunctional patterns, build a resilient foundation to manage distressing challenges, and grow in confidence to achieve their therapeutic goals. I take a kind yet assertive approach in assessing relational dynamics with the self and those around you. By identifying how feelings inform thoughts and motivate you to act, we’ll work together as a team to improve how this process can shift for a healthier sense of self and relationships. I am excited to take this therapeutic journey with couples, families, and individuals.
I work closely with individuals, couples, or families & have experience working with individuals and disabled veterans holistically. I work with all ethnicities, faiths, & sexual orientations. Outside of therapy, I continue to volunteer at a Veteran non-profit serving disabled veterans and some civilians, spend time with my family, and stay active.
I offer sessions both virtually and in-person with Collaborative Solutions Counseling virtually in the Las Colinas area of Irving, TX. I have sliding scale fees for those that qualify. Please contact me via email to get started working together.
