I am passionate about curating authentic, warm, supportive and culturally-rooted safe spaces for women and teenage girls of color. Serving and uplifting teenage girls and women of all ages is my purpose! My hope is to cultivate a genuine connection with you which helps you feel comfortable, seen, valued and encouraged each time that we connect to focus on what is important to you. You don’t need to hold it all together here. There’s no shame for needing space for you. You’re worthy! And so am I. Let’s break generational cycles, shatter glass ceilings, and become the women we were always meant to be!

Professionally, I have dedicated my career to serving women in various capacities and roles for over 14 years. I have worked supporting, and fiercely advocating for, female survivors of human trafficking, commercial sex, interpersonal violence, expectant mothers facing unplanned pregnancies, and women and girls navigating through complex life challenges.

My areas of specialization are self-esteem, resilience, shame, relationships, dating, pregnancy, motherhood, women’s issues, self-awareness, emotional regulation, Christian faith, BIPOC women and girls' mental health, and Latina cultural identity.
