I have a passion for working with clients who are seeking to reconnect with their inner trust and build meaningful relationships. I support people who have been through difficult times in their lives, who feel lonely and disconnected. I help clients understand how they build coping mechanisms that perhaps are no longer serving them. Together, we will learn new, healthier ways to connect with yourself and others. I also work with couples to increase relationship satisfaction through understanding each other and building communication skills.
I specialize in a holistic, whole-body approach. I treat trauma, relationship issues, and building self-esteem through authenticity. Sometimes we will focus on your sensations through mindfulness, other times we dive deep into the meaning of your history. Understanding and welcoming all parts that make you you.
