I work with young adults and late adolescents who are navigating the transition into early adulthood. While my primary focus is on this age group, I warmly welcome individuals from all stages of adulthood and diverse backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed, with a special emphasis on complex and childhood trauma. I understand the profound impact trauma can have and am dedicated to supporting clients through their healing journey. I am a yoga student and teacher dedicated to harmonizing mind-body connections. With expertise in various yoga styles, I advocate for individualized paths, embracing diversity in existence.
