Feeling lost or stuck is a natural part of life's transitions, and you're not alone in this. I help guide teens and adults through healing journeys, whether it's overcoming childhood trauma, exploring identity, or seeking a deeper sense of self connection. We’ll work together to navigate these challenges and embrace growth.

As an immigrant and daughter of immigrants, I understand the richness and complexity of navigating multiple cultures. I enjoy supporting individuals through exploring their cultural identity, supporting with life transitions, and healing complex childhood trauma, drawing from my experience as a yoga teacher and integrating Somatic Experiencing, and IFS.

I acknowledge that everyone is on different journeys and I strive to create a safe space for you to recognize how you’re showing up in your life and if how you’re showing up is in alignment with your values.
