Hi! I'm Isabel, a dedicated mental health therapist who firmly believes in the powerful connection between the mind, body, and soul. My passion lies in working with women who are grappling with anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating significant life transitions, complex family dynamics, and the journey of self-discovery. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I have honed my skills in helping clients process traumas and overcome emotional barriers.
In therapy sessions, I focus on helping clients understand the root causes of their anxiety and depression, exploring ways to manage symptoms, and developing skills to improve their mental health and well-being. I encourage clients to express their feelings, identify negative thought patterns, and learn effective ways to cope with stress and challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I serve clients virtually within the state of Ohio. My schedule for individual therapy appointments is limited to Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9 am - 1 pm (depending on current client schedules availability within that time frame may vary).
