I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist who enjoys supporting teens and young adults, though I work with people at every stage of life. My approach is strengths-based—I help clients build on what’s already working in their lives—and I often use narrative techniques to explore the stories we tell about ourselves. I’m empathetic and supportive, but I also gently challenge clients in ways that foster growth and deeper self-understanding.

My ideal client is someone who’s ready to explore their inner world and build resilience—often a young woman who has experienced trauma and is navigating its ongoing effects. She’s managing work, school, or relationships but wants to feel more grounded, calm, and in control of her nervous system.

I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and children through play therapy, as well as clients navigating trauma and serious mental health challenges. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where meaningful change can happen for anyone.
