My practice centers on creating a space of acceptance, curiosity and compassion where we can explore life's challenges, relationships, roles you play, and patterns of behaviors that contribute to feeling stuck. Here there is space to grieve when life takes an unexpected turn and we experience loss. We make room for understanding and embodiment, so that insight is not only something you think about but something you begin to feel and live. I adapt our work to reflect each client’s unique history, strengths, and needs. I work with anxiety, depression, chronic medical illness, grief, trauma and relationship wounds, past and present.
I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented therapy, drawing from 20+ years of therapeutic experience and evidence-based practices. My background in theater and movement informs my attention to expression, personal narrative, and the ways the body holds and communicates what words alone cannot.
My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your life force, your energy and authentic voice, cultivating a deeper sense of agency, meaning, and connection in your life.
