Hi! I’m Isabel, a LGBTQIA+ therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in the power of compassionate, collaborative healing. I’ve been in therapy myself since high school, which first inspired me to become a social worker. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for expanding access to mental health care and supporting others on their paths toward healing. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” what's broken—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that already hold resilience,

I take a thoughtful, respectful approach to therapy, grounded in real curiosity about your story and what’s helped you get through hard things. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples to help you feel more grounded and supported.
