Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, whether they feel trapped in past trauma, struggle with relationship conflicts or stress, or maybe feel uncertain of where to even begin. You may be struggling with control, communication issues, understanding yourself or not knowing how to move forward. I provide trauma therapy, anxiety counseling and support for relationship challenges in Denton, as well as online therapy across Texas. Together, we will explore what has been holding you back, identify patterns, and figure out the first steps towards healing and building the life that you want.

I create a space where you can explore all possibilities without judgment, giving you the freedom to think out loud and really get clear on your goals. Together, we’ll start from where you are right now and figure out the steps that help you grow into the person you really want to be.
