I am an Associate MFT and Art Therapist with a passion for helping individuals—children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples—overcome anxiety, addiction, interpersonal conflict, and trauma. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy, and art therapy techniques. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate a positive self-image.
