Welcome, and thank you for visiting me. I believe a strong and trusting relationship between a therapist and client is fundamental to the success of therapy. I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment in which I hope you will feel comfortable, so you can achieve your goals, change something that's not working for you, develop self-awareness, or better understand your own potential. I strongly believe in working with people of all ages, since our stages of life change. I can adjust my therapeutic technique dynamically based on feedback the client provides me on what works for you.
I'm comfortable providing short/long term therapy, and use different techniques, based on your needs. My clients describe my approach as calm, caring, supportive, enthusiastic, non-judgmental, and practical, letting them feel comfortable in individual, couple and family sessions and maximize their potential.
I'm fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and multicultural, since I was born and raised in Peru but went to school here. I enjoy working with people of all cultures. I offer a free 20 minute in person consultation or virtual at this time due to the pandemic to see if we would be a good fit.
