We may explore and sit with emotions as they show up in your body, uncover the hidden ways past trauma shows itself in the present, and make space for you to speak your truth in a way that empowers and liberates you.
What you live through shapes you, but it does not have to define you or your future. You are always capable of healing and change. Often, the supportive presence of another is needed to aid us in this process. I’d be honored to be that presence so you can feel safe becoming who you really are.
