We may explore and sit with emotions as they show up in your body, bring awareness to the roles of attachment and trauma in your life, and make space for you to speak your truth in a way that empowers and liberates you.
What you have lived through has shaped who you are, and yet, it does not have to define your future. You are always capable of healing and change. Often, the supportive presence of another is needed to help us in this process. I’d be honored to be that presence for you so you can feel safe becoming who you really are.
