I take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach to therapy that is personalized to meet your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. My work integrates multiple evidence-based modalities to support clients in processing complex emotional patterns, trauma, life stressors and emotional distress within a collaborative and compassionate way. I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Where all identities and cultural perspectives are welcomed and respected and approached in therapy with cultural humility. Recognizing the importance of family systems and intergenerational experiences.

I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and emotion regulation.My clinical background includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including families and adults living with severe mental illness (SMI). I also have hands-on experience supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and first responders.
