I take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach that’s personalized to meet your needs. My work blends DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), IFS (internal family systems), schema therapy, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help you build emotional resilience and create lasting change. I have also completed EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) basic training to help support reprocessing of the “big T” traumatic events that can feel impossible to move past. My clinical background includes working with adults living with severe mental illness, active-duty service members, veterans, families, and children.

These experiences have shaped my understanding of trauma, identity, and the immense strength it takes to seek help. I specialize in supporting adult individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, military culture, and LGBTQIA+ identity. Therapy is not about “fixing” what is broken—it’s about helping you reclaim your voice.
