Stress Management
This eight-week group therapy program is a skill based therapeutic support group designed for children who have difficulty managing stress, fear, and anxiety. Participating children will: Learn How to Cope with Stress, Identify Anxiety Triggers, Learn Skills to Reduce Fear & Anxiety, Increase Confidence, Improve Relationships with Peers, and Increase Engagement in Extra-curricular Activities.
