I earned dual graduate degrees from Counseling and Mental Health Services (M.S.Ed.) and Professional Counseling (M.Phil.Ed.) programs at the University of Pennsylvania.

I tend to draw from feminist theory, liberation psychology, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), approaches.
