Hi! My name is Isabel and I am a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and a Level 1 Reiki practitioner. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University in 2021. I have experience providing mental health services and case management to a wide range of populations, including youth, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with populations who struggled with a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, and autism.
I take a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered approach when working with clients. I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to allow my clients to achieve their full potential. I also provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment.
