I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated for change but who might not know how to take the first steps. As an interactive therapist, I see myself as a facilitator in your therapy as you work toward improving aspects of your life that you feel no longer work for you. Trained as a relational psychologist, I emphasize the importance of early relationships and how they impact one's daily functioning. I value the importance of the here and now as well as the future while helping individuals realize their maximum potential for happiness.
My specialty areas include working with younger and older adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, work related stress, career, health and wellness concerns, parenting, relationships, individuals for whom a family member struggles with addiction or mental illness and divorce, to name a few.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, in-person treatment sessions are no longer being conducted. I do not anticipate being able to conduct in-person sessions in the near future until it is certain Covid-19 no longer presents a risk. All telemental sessions are conducted on SimplePractice software which is HIPPA compliant and secure.
