I work with adults and adolescents (16+) struggling with issues such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, negative body image, addiction, codependency, low self-esteem, trauma, and/or family conflict. I have worked at all levels of care & practice in Spanish & English.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from ASU and am licensed in both AZ and ID. My training is primarily in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), & psychodynamic therapy. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

Mental health challenges are shaped by unique combinations of lived & intergenerational traumas, relationships, systemic oppression & learned behaviors we've relied on to survive.
