Do you want to strengthen your connections to yourself and others? My experiences with therapy have informed a belief that curiosity, self-examination, and strong relationships can be vehicles for positive change in ourselves, our families, and our communities. I enjoy helping clients identify the stories they tell about themselves and their world, as we work together to create adaptive, liberating new ones. You can expect that our work will move at the speed of trust. That is, when we start working together we will prioritize building an alliance where you are empowered to speak freely and are met with attunement and warmth.

I have worked with people who are navigating challenges related to intimacy, identity, acculturation, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. My approach is person-centered: you are the expert of your own life and your needs will steer the direction of our sessions. I am kink, poly, and gender-affirming.

I am a queer lifelong New Yorker, living in Brooklyn. I love seeing people use and share public space for play, leisure, political organizing, and art. I am inspired by and grateful for Washington Square Park and the city’s library systems.
