I am trained in BrainSpotting, which is a powerful tool for healing all types of trauma and distress. I also use surf therapy, art, and yoga in my practice. I am also trained in CBT, DBT, and Act which help with challenging negative thoughts, promoting emotional regulation, and radical acceptance.
