I have been a clinical therapist for about ten years. I like meeting my clients where they are at and helping them become the best version of themselves. I listen from a non-judgmental point of view and I like to provide a safe space for my clients to be themselves. I work with a lot of young adults and teenagers. I have a background in trauma work with survivors of abuse. I am comfortable working with individuals of all ages.
I am very eclectic. I like to take bits and pieces from different areas. I enjoy exploring childhood to find where patterns were created from a psychodynamic perspective but also incorporating CBT to help change behaviors. I also like to give my clients unconditional positive regard to let them be themselves without judgment.
I like to provide a warm and friendly environment. I like to connect with my clients and show them that beyond a therapeutic relationship, I am also their cheerleader while they go through their healing journey.
