Stress is building, relationships are rocky, and you feel the weight coming down on you. As a doctor - I am an Ohio-licensed psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience helping people back on their feet - I am ready to provide you support to get things back on track. As a doctor, my approach is to join you in a respectful partnership to help you lean on your strengths and address those things that are getting in the way. Areas in which I specialize include anxiety and depression, treatment of concerns that present in childhood and adolescence, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Wheaton College - Wheaton, IL) and bachelor degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies (Malone University - Canton, OH). I am married with three children. In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing stringed instruments, and spending time in nature.
