This is a very engaging and experiential process. I draw from memory reconsolidation research, attachment theory, and coherence therapy to help us along the way.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and then collaborate to create a plan that will help relieve present symptoms and heal past hurts.
