My work is to provide a space where your thoughts and emotional life can be spoken and heard. I listen closely and make room for feelings that may seem difficult, strange, or hard to talk about anywhere else. My psychoanalytic training allows me to listen with depth and attention to what might otherwise go unheard. Meanings can emerge that are not preordained or prescribed. This process can be creative, and life-changing. It's an invitation to live with greater honesty, freedom, and depth.
I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy (1–2x per week), intensive analysis (3–5x per week), couples therapy, and parent–infant therapy including home visits, which support families through the complex emotional terrain of early parenthood.
