My approach is focused on helping you reconcile your past as you learn to live in the present. My goal is work myself out of a job; I want you to leave my office feeling like a whole person, in mind, body, and spirit, centered in your values and full of confidence.
I work most often with people struggling with anxiety and grief over major life transitions. I use a client-focused approach combined with tools like Parts Work and Motivational Interviewing skills to help you discover what is holding you back and create a path forward.
