I work with individuals, couples, and families with a history of emotional and physical injury. In our time together, we will not explore ways to “fix” you. Instead, we will use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you get curious about the different “parts” of you.
My expertise is in treating trauma, relationship issues, and insomnia through a combination of therapies including IFS and CBT-Insomnia.
