Maintaining a feeling of connection to your romantic partner is really hard. If you desire to feel more connected, to find a way to rebuild trust after a betrayal of some kind, or just feel stuck on the same fights over and over, I can help. Some couples need help building a vibrant friendship again, while others need help reconnecting after trauma or betrayals. I love helping couples figure out ways to feel heard and understood by their partner, to walk with them as they heal from breaches of trust (It can be done!), and find ways to get past the places where they feel stuck.
When you meet with me, I offer an assessment process to make sure I get to know you and what is in the way of your connection as a couple. The goal of assessment is for me to learn and for you to feel that I truly understand the issues and each of your positions well. I am in the process of seeking certification in the Gottman Couples Method.
It is so distressing to have ongoing tension with your partner, to feel alone when you're right next to them, to wonder if they still value you. I consider it an honor to be a part of your struggle to love each other well. Please reach out to see if I am a good fit for you!
