I use a blend approaches backed by research like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand their own thoughts, emotions and behaviors. This acts as a foundation to help explore and identify patterns that may be hindering your personal growth. For clients who value faith, a Christian perspective can also be thoughtfully integrated into our work.
Starting therapy can seem uncomfortable, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.
