Note- Currently I am providing only video telehealth therapy-no in person sessions. As a licensed, clinical psychologist, I provide individual, group and couples psychotherapy to adults to provide support to them in overcoming life obstacles and achieving their goals.
My theoretical orientation is eclectic; I utilize existential and cognitive-behavioral principles, among others to treat a wide range of mental health issues, including: depression, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, loss, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorders.
I practice humanistically and I believe that a strong therapist/client rapport is critical to successful treatment. To that end I try to create a warm, genuine and authentic connection with my clients so that we can work collaboratively to determine their needs, establish goals, and achieve those goals.
