I have lived in Idaho for over 15 years & have 6 children. I am both an adventurer & treasure hunter at heart. I love working to help people achieve their ideal self. Many people have goals and hopes that they wish to accomplish, and often times these objectives are complicated by challenges they are currently facing or have faced in the past. I believe that the individual is the catalyst for change in their life, and my position as a counselor is to help them identify those resources that they have used in the past as well as employ new resources.

I take a holistic approach to counseling. I view the individual as more than a set of problems, but rather as a unique individual that is a combination of strengths and weaknesses.

I have taken multiple trainings on the treatment of ADHD and the severity that this diagnosis can have across the lifespan of an individual. I have been trained in Brief Image Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy, an intervention for trauma.
