I work with a wide variety of clients and am passionate to help those who feel like others have treated them unfairly. This includes areas like relationship issues, potential traumatic or distressing situations, unfair treatment due to religious mindsets, adjusting to new boundaries, distressing life situations, plus more!

I like to start with a person-centered approach to promote exploration & curiosity about self & others. I work to personalize my therapeutic approach for each client to help find the most helpful approach for everyone. Utilizing EMDR when appropriate, I am passionate about helping clients who are experiencing stress (especially due to religious mindsets).

As a counselor, I believe in practicing genuine curiosity both inside & outside of sessions to help promote growth & health. Experiencing mental health concerns and/or recovering from stress can feel isolating, sad, difficult, and like no one will ever understand. I would love to get the chance to try to understand.
