I help older teens, adults of all genders, adult families and groups of men clarify and achieve their life goals. While not required to work with me in therapy, I support clients who are diagnosed with moderate depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, ocd, panic disorder, and PTSD.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer adjunct EMDR and KAP (for clients who already have an individual therapist), run men’s group and meditation workshops.

Groups
Mindfulness Based Men's Group
In this eight-week zoom-based group participants learn multiple mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on sitting practice. After each meditation, members reflect on what they noticed emotionally, mentally and physically, and are invited to share in the group. The group is coached in effective processing of emotions and in the practice of mindful listening and communication. In a safe and confidential environment group members have the opportunity to develop the skill of vulnerability and emotional processing which is a core factor in the benefits listed above. The group culminates with a 4-hr mindfulness intensive workshop.
