Hello! Relationships can feel overwhelming—whether you’re stuck in the same conflict, adjusting to new parenthood, or holding stress you don’t know how to talk about. I help couples and individuals to slow down, communicate more clearly, and navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges that come with change. Therapy with me won’t feel cold or distant. I create a warm, collaborative space where we can make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we will explore patterns, experiences, and unmet needs that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others, not with judgment, but with curiosity and care.

My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, relationship issues, couples counseling, perinatal, postpartum, and parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I work with individuals, couples, men, helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and rediscover a sense of self.

I don’t believe in forced silence or a one-size-fits-all approach. I aim to build a genuine connection where trust is earned over time, and where you feel safe enough to be real. I offer temporary reduced rates as needed case by case, please feel free to ask me more questions about this. I want to make quality therapy as accessible as possible.
